Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate products or swimwear unless unworn with original packaging and tags attached.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which you will receive online via email when you make your purchase or a hardcopy in-store.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returnable or refundable.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be returnable or refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items will be accepted for exchange provided they are in original condition, undamaged and not missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Exchange of an item is dependant on the availability of the replacement item. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, credit to the amount of the returned item can be used to purchase a different item, a full or partial refund can be arranged or a store credit can be held for 3 months from the date of return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you use a trackable shipping service, please include carrier details and tracking number in your return email.
